On Hold
About Billie Blue - 9 Week Old Cattle Dog (Trial)
Billie is as cute as a button. She is super smart and in one week has learnt to sit, stay, come and is going well with toilet training. She is extremely playful, and active is her middle name!
Billie is innately a working dog, and she likes nothing better than to be at everyone’s heels herding, especially her adult doggo siblings who prefer to not be told by a pup!
Billie would like her new special person to know and understand her breed needs. They need to be committed to training her properly and provide a lot of mental and physical stimulation, along with fun activities. Agility training would be awesome for her.
Billie will need a big yard or preferable property to burn her energy with lots of walking and running.
A dog sibling would be nice to share time with but not essential.
Billie sleeps in a crate all night long.
Her new family home needs to have someone home often to keep a good eye on her whilst she is in the mischief puppy stage.
Her new yard or property needs to be finished, puppy proofed home inside and out, with no choke hazards, no small gaps, or unprotected heights she could fall from.
In brief:
• Working on house training.
• Needs a finished secure yard - no choke hazards, no small gaps, or unprotected heights.
• Needs a family home often whilst a puppy.
• Not tested on cats, bunnies’ birds etc
Her adoption fee is $700 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Billie Blue is in foster care in Minmi, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she’s 5 to 6 months old.
