About Kizie
Mwah! I’m Kizie and I can’t wait to meet you and give you a bunch of kisses for real! I’m a bouncy girl with excitement to share and I have to ask- what’s your couch like? I bet it’s awesome, am I right? I’m small, for a greyhound, so I won’t take up too much room! And even though I’m little in size, I’m very big on affection and being an absolute sweetheart.
I’m still getting used to other dogs and even though I’m small, it’s the smaller ones I’m a little more unsure of, but I will get there! Medium size dogs are more comfy for me, but I am still working on my greetings. I just get a little excited, you know? It’s hard to remember your manners ALL the time, but I am sure I can do it.
I’m hoping to find a human, or humans, who have room for a happy houndy in their lives. Maybe you have kids? Older ones would be better for me (12+). Don’t worry about that teenage angst; I’ll walk them every day and burn off all that extra energy (theirs and mine, too!) Really, all I’m looking for is a comfy home full of cuddles, ear rubs, strolls and snacks. If this sounds like you, come and meet me! I bet we will hit it off!
Interested?
If you think you'd be interested in meeting me, please complete an application form here https://greyhoundrescue.com.au/apply-now/ so that the volunteers at Greyhound Rescue can get on the case.
Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!
All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
