Sammy

Sammy is a very loving and sweet cat. He is approximately 11 years old. His owner is moving into respite care so sadly Sammy has been surrendered to Safe Pet Safe Families.
Sammy likes to follow his owner and is very talkative. He adores chin scratches, tummy pats and cuddles. He is also very playful with cat toys.

Whether it's basking on the sunny lawn or gazing out the window, Sammy cherishes the simple pleasures of life. He's always loved both the indoors and outdoors, but has recently adapted well to an indoor lifestyle. He has been accustomed to the run of his house, so will climb on furniture and benches to sit with you as you wash dishes and just to say hi. If you're looking for a best mate, Sammy's it!

While Sammy hasn't spent much time with children or other cats, he's friendly with dogs. If you have canine buddies, you can count on Sammy to interact amicably with them. Since being in foster care he is now interacting well with the children in the house and the resident cat.
Although Sammy is in need of another new family we want his original owner to have a few visits which will be organised through Safe Pets Safe Families. This can be discussed further at adoption trial.
