About Milo STK012702
Introducing Milo, a beautiful boy who enjoys a calm and soothing environment at all times. Milo might be a bit hesitant upon meeting new people or entering new environments, but once he warms up to you, his true loving personality shines through!
Milo is in search of a peaceful home where fewer people come and go. He wants a safe haven where he can enjoy the tranquility and provide his new family with endless amounts of love and affection.
Despite being a bit shy, Milo has an ocean of affection to give to his people. He can be cautious at first, but once he grows accustomed to his family and regular guests, Milo transforms into an affectionate furry friend who simply loves cuddles. This sweet boy has a soft spot for familiar faces and regular routines, resulting in a deep bond between Milo and his loved ones.
From his Foster Home
Milo is the cutest little boy ever. He is happy on his own and loves cuddling with people he feels safe with. He spent a lot of time in the hall while we worked from home just to be near us and loved a cuddle in bed under the covers for warmth when it was a bit cooler.
He has a big appetite as he grows and loves his food and lets you know when he wants some. He wants to be part of the fun and would sit on the chair while we ate dinner just watching us and would always rub against our legs and back when we were seated on the couch or stretching on the floor.
He likes butt scratches and pats on the head. Milo would absolutely thrive in a home with respectful kids because he is young and energetic, but we could also see him in a home with people our age who are active yet quiet without too much chaos at home. He likes attention on his terms and when he does, he loves the cuddles.
Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
