About Willow & Chico - Mother & Daughter Foxy X (Trial)
Introducing Willow and Chico, an 8yo and a 3yo Foxy Jack Russell, mother and daughter pair.
These two are very affectionate and sweet dogs who love nothing more than a good tummy rub and to lie next to you on the couch and enjoy your company and each other's. They love walks and are great on the leash.
Willow loves to stand up on her back legs and show off to you, whilst asking for more tummy rubs. Chico is the more timid of the two, but once she warms up to you she is the most affectionate and loves to be a lap dog and cuddle up with her human.
They are great with cats, and would suit a home from a single human to a young family. They happily stay in their own yard and don't feel a need to try to get out.
Willow is great with nail clipping, but Chico is more afraid of the process. Both are very good with being bathed.
It will take them a couple of weeks to settle into their new family, as they have experienced some loss and are still finding their confidence.
They are house-trained but may have a couple of nervous accidents initially, but once they feel happy and settled again this will not be a problem as long as they are let out for toilet breaks.
They bark a little bit when other dogs bark at them, or someone comes to the door, but this also settles down as they become more comfortable in their new home. They respond well to gently being asked not to bark.
