About Henry
Meet Henry
Henry is a playful, adventurous and cheeky kitten who came into DCH care with his 3 siblings at only a few weeks of age. They were found orphaned and hungry on the street. Under DCH care, Henry has thrived and is now looking for his forever family.
When Henry and his siblings were only a few weeks old, they contracted suspected parvo virus (95% of kittens at less than 2 months of age with parvo virus succumb to the illness regardless of treatment). However, Henry beat the odds and survived, showing how strong and determined he is to live. He has no permanent side effects from his illness.
Henry loves to eat dry and wet kitten food. He is litter-trained on pellets, sand and crystals. He loves to climb cat trees and play with balls and plush toys. He is respectful of shoes and furniture. He is also quiet. He is good with other kittens, cats, children and adults. He is untested with puppies and dogs. Henry would suit any household where he can be adventurous and playful.
Henry is microchipped and desexed. He has received his first vaccination. He is ready from 21 June 2024 to join his forever family. If you are looking for a fun, adventurous and cheeky kitten to join your household, Henry would love to meet you.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
