About Katr rsuk010734
Introducing Katr - a pure white feline who cherishes tranquility and is seeking a peaceful new companionship. Katr is a feline not of many friends; he prizes his part-time solitude and enjoys the familiarity of his own human. If serenity and a special bond with a feline companion is what you're looking for, Katr could be the perfect match for you.
There's nothing quite as comforting as a quiet home for Katr. He prefers a living situation where he's the only four legged family member, which allows him the luxury to blossom and show his personality at his own pace. He is angelic around his human, offering a heart that's open for a lasting friendship.
Katr is an expert snuggler, above all things. He craves gentle petting, adores having his fur softly brushed, and can often be found napping on a warm, welcoming lap. This handsome gentleman also enjoys having his personal hiding spot to retreat to for those must-have kitty snooze sessions.
An indoor cat by nature, Katr has never experienced the open, outdoor world and doesn't care to start—he's quite content watching the world from a window perch. He loves to while away the day observing from the comfort of indoors, away from the potential dangers of the sun due to his beautiful white fur.
Overall, Katr is a fantastic, low-maintenance friend who just seeks a quiet sanctuary with a kind soul to provide him with the love and peace he needs. He may be shy, but the love he gives in return is genuinely precious. If you match his low-energy lifestyle and value a strong bond with a pet, you might just have found yourself a soulmate.
Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
