Hi, I’m Tonic, I was found hiding under a container with my brother Gin.
I hadn’t had much human interaction, so when I went to my foster mum, I was quiet timid.
It’s taken some time for me to come out of my shell and I’m still quite weary of humans.
I love the other cats I live with and you will find I spend most of my time laying on a scratching post in the sun and watching the birds in the garden.
There is a dog in the house and lets just say I am not a fan!
Tonic is quite bonded with her brother, so if not adopted together, Tonic needs to go to a home with another friendly cat for company.
She would be best suited in a quiet home with none or older children, another friendly cat if not adopted with her brother and a dog free home to allow her the space and time to fully thrive
If you would like to meet Tonic please email the rescue at fostersadoptslpr@gmail.com or pm the Silver Lining Pet Rescue Inc facebook page.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
