About Scout, the greyhound
If you are interested in Scout, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/3bTG6XWQv49RPxJV6
Meet Scout, an affectionate companion ready to embrace a new chapter of her life.
Scout is being a very well behaved girl in an adult only foster home and she gets along amazingly with the resident greyhound.
Scout has lived in an inner city apartment and her current foster home is a house with access to a yard. She would thrive in either set up. She's also accustomed to solo living or sharing her space with another greyhound.
Scout has a delightful playful side, but her favorite thing is curling up and cuddling close to humans after getting to know them. Her heartwarming snuggles are sure to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart.
She is straightforward to walk on a lead, which makes for enjoyable and fuss-free walkies. As her confidence grows she is progressing in her training. Scout requires patient and consistent leadership. If you have greyhound experience and a kind, patient nature, you could be the ideal companion for Scout!
Scout is a gentle soul whose confidence is blossoming with each passing day. Although she is still a little anxious, her newfound reassurance is a joy to witness. With good meals and training consistency, Scout will make a remarkable dog for the right person.
As someone wise once said, "a Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind...". And our Scout is no exception. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle and obedient companion, Scout might be just the canine friend for you.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
