Diesel is a pure black beauty with a sleek coat, matching toe beans, and a flair for the dramatic. He's shy but curious, and boy, is he vocal - if something's on his mind, you'll hear about it! He's still figuring out people (he hisses sometimes, but it's more "I'm scared" than "I'm mean"), and has recently discovered that pats... Are actually AMAZING! But make one sudden move and he's off like a rogue bowling ball through the house.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Diesel LOVES other cats. Seriously - he lights up around them. He thrives with feline friends, particularly confident, friendly cats who can teach him how to "cat" properly (and maybe share a toy or two). He's good with calm dogs and would prefer a quiet home without small children. Noise and chaos? Not his scene.

Likes / Dislikes
✅ Food (watch your bowls!), toys, confident feline friends, sneaky play sessions, and pats - when he decides.
❌ Fast movements, loud noises, being approached too quickly, and not being listened to when he's meowing his important thoughts.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet home with at least one friendly, playful cat who can help him fell safe and show him how to "cat". He needs patient people who understand that trust is earned - and that behind that big meow is a cat who wants connection, but on his terms. He would do best with a family that understands shy kitties and is happy to let them set the pace. Bonus points for treat stashers and expert food servers.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
