Introducing the charming Bonnie, a delightful, 7-year-old female Jack Russell. At 6kgs, she's the perfect size for any home. Bonnie's current health status is stellar - she is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed, so she's ready to join her new family with all her vet work up-to-date.
Bonnie is an amicable little miss, excellent around other dogs, and happy to share her space, as long as there is enough love to go around. Though she hasn't been tested with cats, she has a calm demeanor which might accommodate feline friends. Bonnie is also child-friendly, suitable for families with kids aged over six; she loves the games they often invent and is patient and gentle while playing.
As far as exercise and mood, Bonnie is an agile little companion kept in check with a secure fence. She enjoys her daily walk and playtime but is equally content to curl up on a cozy lap or a comfy bed. She's a gem of a dog, amicable and comfortable in most settings. Probably due to her breed, Bonnie is a naturally curious and active girl who would enjoy some light activities and some good puzzle toys.
Our lovely Bonnie is currently staying in Red Hill, but she is ready and eager to travel to her new home. The adoption fee is $695, an investment for a lifetime partner in fun, love and companionship. If you're looking for an adventurous, warm, and loving dog, our Bonnie could be your perfect match.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
