Bart is looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can recognize that he may be timid in a new environment and may take some time to settle in before revealing his true personality. He would do best in a household with teens or older children who can read and understand basic cat body language and know when to give Bart his needed space. With the right family, Bart will slowly come out of his shell and become a loving companion.
