Please meet Douglas.
We were asked to help this dear little boy after he was surrendered to the pound. Needing major dental surgery and other vet work, his owners couldn’t provide what he needed but thankfully, the pound contacted us, and Douglas became a KPR kid.
Luckily for Douglas, we were able to get his surgery done straight away and put an end to his pain and suffering. Although he lost quite a few teeth (and 2 testicles), Douglas now has a new lease on life.
At just 6 ½ years old, this little 5.5 kg guy loves to play with his doggie friends. He is house trained and loves to sleep on the bed if allowed.
Douglas can be a bit nervous, and it can take some time to build trust with him. He would do best in a calm home where he has human company most of the time. Douglas just needs a chance to gain confidence so he can shine.
