How can we describe amazing Charlotte? Can someone please adopt this amazing girl before her foster carers adopt her themselves! She is a darling girl who is fantastic with people, children and farm animals, including dogs large or small (we are told that she has lived with cats with no problem although this has not been tested since she has been in our care). She has a sad look that will melt your heart and is extremely hard to ignore! Like all sighthounds Charlotte doesn't need a great deal of exercise; a good walk per day will suffice, and then she does need a few deep comfortable beds to lounge and relax on, inside and out. She is toilet trained and just loves to smooch up to her human and lap up your attention.
Charlotte has great manners and walks beautifully on lead, she loves trips in the car - oh and cheese and chicken. She will do nearly anything for cheese or chicken!
Things to take into account when considering Charlotte:
* She is extremely loyal to the people she lives with, so will take a little while to completely trust her adoptive family, but when she does she will follow you to the moon and back.
* Being so tall she can get through/over most fences so you may need a boundary collar along with training to contain her until she bonds; or someone home who can watch her when she is outside; again this should be until she understands this is her new home and she is in a good place.
* She sheds hair and will need occasional hair cuts.
So if you think you are lucky enough to be Charlotte's new family, then please apply by following the link above.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.
All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.
After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
