About Buddy and Bill
Hello my name is Buddy and I am two years old,
I live with my friend Bill, and he is 18 months old
He is a bit shyer than me, and I can be a bit bossy, but we are very close.
We have been with the refuge for 12 months, and during this time, we have had a number of foster homes, but most recently we have been living with Miss V
It is because of this that it may take us a couple of weeks to adjust to you.
We like routine as it helps us to be less nervous.
In the morning, Miss V would pick us up and cuddle us before she went to work.. we love cuddles
For breakfast, we have a small handful of lettuce with some carrot, a slice of cucumber and some celery with leaves
When she got home from work she would take us down for grass time. We love grass time. We have tunnels and hidies filled with hay to run and play.
When it was time to come up, she would cuddle us again and then we would go into a nice tidy cage. We have hidies and a cover so we don't feel scared
For dinner, we would have lettuce with carrot, green capsicum, cucumber, celery and sweet potato. We love sweet potato but we don't really like tomato and as a treat we would have either apple, rockmelon, watermelon or a bit of corncob and we love the corn husks
After dinner, we like to watch TV on the lounge with Miss V and FJ and then when it's time for bed, we have a sprig of parsley or coriander and some fresh scissor cut grass. Yum
We always have fresh hay which is very important and piggy mix and we love Oxbow essentials adults and we have water
Miss V is very sad that we are leaving but hopes that we can find a loving forever family .
