Nancy

Nancy is a stunning 3 year old cat who came to SAFE 24!!!!! months ago.

She was incredibly shy and spent most of the time hiding in the dark part of her condo. She did not cope in the shelter environment, so we were delighted when a foster carer came forward to give her the chance of experiencing life in a home environment.

It took her a long time to come out of hiding and even longer to accept pats and actually asking for them. She is still a shy cat but now enjoys hanging out with her humans and has started to enjoy playing with toys. She is desperate to make friends with all the resident cats.

We feel it is now time for her to find that special forever home where her family accepts that she will take time to come out of her shell. Whilst she is very affectionate and enjoys pats we doubt she will ever be a lap cat or enjoy being picked up.

She will be best suited to a quiet home without children and would quite enjoy having a friend around, as long as plenty of time is given for introductions.
