Ernie is a playful explorer with a curious spirit. His long tail expresses his happiness, going vertical when thrilled. Initially shy with new people and environments, Ernie tends to hide until he feels secure. However, once settled, he's sweet playful. He's curious about other animals, having interacted with adult cats and dogs in foster care. Ernie loves wand toys and scratching towers, making him an ideal companion for anyone seeking a playful feline friend.

Ernie's ideal home would be one with only one or two adults, on the quieter side. He may not be the most snuggly cat but he sure does love to play and maybe in time his sweet nature will turn into a more affectionate nature with his forever family.
