Effie spent some time in foster care, here is what her amazing carer had to say:

Effie is a lovely girl who came out of her shell in the past couple of weeks of confidence building foster care. She has an endearing miaow and is very social and chatty. She is a playful kitten but also likes to relax on the couch or on a lap. She likes knowing where the people she trusts are and being in the same room. She loves pats and will often roll over for her favourite thing - a belly rub! If it was an option for her carer, Effie would have been a foster fail - whoever adopts her will be lucky to have this affectionate sweetheart in their life!
