About Snoop
Meet this lovable goofball, Snoop! He is an 8 month old Red and Tan Kelpie that doesn’t mind standing out with his daring fashion choices fit for the races. (Check out his extra long fur eyeliner! Vet approved)
Snoop is a highly intelligent, playful ball of energy. His favorite activity with his foster brother is a good play wrestle or game of “Tag You're It!”
Snoop has been friendly with any dog we have encountered, always saying hello with a play bow and little “Awwooo” hello. He loves a good human companion too and will give many kisses while snuggling into your lap.
In care, Snoop has been tested with cats and sheep, opting to live true to his Kelpie work title wanting to chase and round up. He shows potential to be your farm's new addition to the work team, or training for dog sports with his high drive for food. Even though Snoop has all the energy of a work dog, he won't say no to a lazy day on the couch having a snooze while you catch up on the latest episodes of your show.
Snoop has good basic training down , including sit, down, auto stay and loose lead walking, and will benefit from consistent rules and training. He is crate trained, and will let you know if he needs to go out to the toilet during the night.
Snoop would be best suited to a home with a large yard or a property with a friend of similar energy to play with. Parents ready and keen for an adventure as he loves a trail run!
If you’re looking for a fun loving all rounder adventure companion, for play or work, Snoop could be the pup for you!
Snoop is located in NSW.

You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
