About Spirit
Spirit is a 9-month-old Kelpie x Border collie. The colour of sand and the physique of a goddess.
If you have a lot of love to give and you are looking for an ultra-loyal best friend, Spirit could be your perfect new family member. She loves the finer things in life – like a snuggle on the lounge or is happy to kick a ball around the back yard if it means spending time with you.
Spirit is submissive to most other dogs and just wants to play, she would do best in a home with another playful dog. She is getting used to sharing space with chickens, though does enjoy a game of all in chases and doesn’t mind taking her turn being chased by the chickens.
Spirit is crate trained and loves a walk but will need continued training on her loose leash walking. This gentle lady will do anything for a pat and some love, give her a belly rub or a pat and she is putty in your hands. Spirit loves her sleep, puts herself to sleep at 7pm and wakes at a reasonable hour in the morning ready to greet you.
So If you like pina colas and getting caught in the rain …. Or going on short walks and snuggling on the lounge with a fine lady – Spirit could be the girl for you!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
