About Ladybug - Located in Preston
Hello, dear friends. My name is Ladybug, and I am a small, delightful creature full of love and warmth. I have lovingly raised my babies and now seek my very own furrever home where I can flourish and embrace the kitten within me.
I find joy in the company of other cats, yet I yearn for a place where I can be the star of the show. My ideal day is spent curled up in a warm, safe spot, preferably next to you on the couch or nestled in bed. There, I can nuzzle into your neck and purr with all the love my little heart can muster.
Though I’ve experienced the responsibilities of motherhood, I am still a kitten at heart. I delight in playing with a wand toy, leaping and pouncing with grace and enthusiasm. Showing off my skills with a toy mouse brings me great joy, and I love sharing these moments with you.
I am a friendly girl, eager to bring companionship and affection into your life. If you seek a sweet, loving, and playful addition to your home, look no further. I am Ladybug, ready to embark on this new adventure with you, offering boundless love and joy along the way. Let’s create a beautiful life together.

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
