About Dolly
Introducing Dolly, a dainty little girl who is simply delightful company. Since coming into care, Dolly has blossomed into an affectionate and gentle dog.
Dolly is approximately one year old so she has outgrown any potential puppy naughtiness but is young enough to love playing and toys. Miss Dolly has very soft, silky fur which she loves getting brushed while getting cuddles. At a mere 6 kgs, Dolly is small and will need a home with secure fencing. She may be small in stature, but she has an abundance of personality.
Dolly loves all types of food, going for short walks, jumping into the dog pool and playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She barks when a stranger approaches the house but stops when told. Her confidence has grown and she now loves to meet new people. She sleeps soundly all night (although she is inclined to sneak onto beds!)
Although most of the hard work has been done with this girl, she will benefit from further training. For her adopters this will prove easy and rewarding as Dolly is very intelligent, keen to please and she loves getting praise and treats. Miss D is predominantly an inside dog and is not one to be left alone in the back yard for long periods of time; as long as she is included in family activities, she will be a wonderful companion pet. Any affection shown to her is returned many times over.
If you would like to know more about this little doll, her foster mum would love to have a chat.
