About Chips
Chips is one delightfully playful and active kitty who's full of energy and who is waiting to share all this love with his new family.
At first, Chips might seem a bit reserved. Change can be intimidating for anyone, and our little Chips is no exception. He may be a tad shy in new environments, but it doesn't take long for his playful and lovable nature to shine through. He's not a big fan of being picked up, but he welcomes a warm belly rub at any time.
One of Chips' favorite pastimes includes basking on his cat tree. He finds comfort and amusement, whether it's observing the world around him from an elevated perch or indulging in a mid-day snooze.
Chips truly appreciates the company of other cats. He likes to initiate or join in playtimes. So if you already have a social feline in your house, that would be a plus.
Did we mention how much Chips loves toys? A feather on a string, a jingle ball, or even the classic laser pointer - you name it, Chips will play with it.
Medical notes
Fiv negative
Chips has had a dental as he had a case of gingival hypoplasia - an overgrowth of gum. His gums have now been cut back by Sydney Specialist Dentistry. His gums often look inflammed due to his immune system and will need to be monitored annually.
Adoption details
Our adoption costs cover microchipping, desexing, up to date vaccinations to time of adoption.
All cats over 6 months will have had a FIV test.
All cats are desexed before adoption.
We offer a minimum two week trial on all cats. We will refund the adoption fee and take the cat back within this time frame if the adoption does not work out. We provide assistance throughout this period and have an Adopters Club on Facebook.
We do not adopt out single kittens to busy households with no one home all day.
If you are a busy household and after just one cat please consider a juvenile or adult.
Kittens are very social and require company - if the family is out at work and school all day long - it’s just not fair on the kitten.
We adopt to indoor only homes. We put so much work into saving our fosters lives we cannot risk them being hit by cars in an outdoor environment.
We ask interested adopters to please fill in a short application and attend a meet and greet before committing. We want to ensure the cat is the right fit for you.
We do not transport kittens interstate. Sydney only please.
