About Paco
Introducing Playful Paco!
This stunning young boy is a bundle of energy and playfulness.
HOUSEHOLD - Paco would best suit a home that is active and has dog experience, especially with his breed. Due to his current playful jumping, Paco is not suitable for a family with younger children.
ON GOING TRAINING - Paco requires further obedience and command training. He is still very puppy like and tends to jump up to gain his handlers attention. Paco responds well using high value treats to increase his willingness to listen and learn.
ON LEASH - Paco is in the process of learning his lead manners. Pasco is not strong on lead. He just requires a regular walking routine in different outdoor locations to assist him to be a good walking buddy.
PLAY/TOYS - Paco enjoys toys, especially ones that squeak!
OTHER DOGS - In true Husky fashion, Paco vocalises his delight when meeting new canine friends. Paco is dog social, he loves to play and interact.
CATS/OTHER ANIMALS - Initially, Paco showed interest when he was introduced to our shelter cats. He quickly became disinterested and turned his attention towards his handler and surroundings. We believe he may be able to share a home with a feline with slow and supervised introductions.
CARE/GROOMING - Paco will need a brush 2-3 times a week and a bath when needed.
EXERCISE - Paco is an energetic boy who will require a significant amount of exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and healthy. His new family will need to take Paco on regular outings, daily walks, and provide a variety of enrichment to help Paco not become bored at home.
BREED - Serbian Husky - DOB 3/11/23
Paco is located at our Charmhaven Shelter. His $600 adoption fee covers microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments.

Adoption details
Dogs and cats come microchipped, lifetime registration, desexed, vaccinated and with a 14 day health & trial period warranty (please note that SoCares reserves the right to conduct home and yard checks prior to adoption).
DOG ADOPTIONS: We like to make sure all dogs and their new family (human and four legged) are a suitable match so if you have other dog/s we always book a meet and greet at a time suitable for you to ensure they will get on.
