This sweet big boy is a bundle of energy and love! Toys and attention from his handler are of great importance to him đ
HOUSEHOLD - Aqua is a tall, lanky boy who struggles to know his size. Whilst he is a gentle boy, he may get easily excited, resulting in him jumping or pawing. He would be more suitable for a household that has big dog experience.
ON GOING TRAINING - Aqua shows some idea of sit and shake but would further benefit from obedience training to help improve his manners. He does tend to jump up when overexcited, but he listens and can be corrected.
ON LEASH - When excited or in an effort to say hi to other doggie friends, Aqua does pull on the lead. A regular walking routine, dog socialisation, and further exposure to different social settings will certainly assist Aqua in overcoming this.
PLAY/TOYS - He loves toys in his kennel, any type, and will happily carry it around and play with it.
OTHER DOGS - Aqua adores other canine friends and is very playful. He would love another household friend to share his day with.
CATS/OTHER ANIMALS - This sweet boy has shown no interest in engaging with our shelter cats. We believe he could live in harmony with a resident feline.
CARE/GROOMING - Aqua enjoys all over body handling. His coat will need brushing 2 to 3 times a week and a bath only when needed.
EXERCISE - It is vital that Aqua receives daily walks and opportunities to explore the outdoors to ensure he remains physically and mentally stimulated.

Aqua is located at our Charmhaven Shelter. His $600 adoption fee covers microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments đŸ
This stunning boy has a beautiful nature and could fit nicely into most active households. He is happy 24/7, and it will be important that Aqua is able to play a big part in his new family's life. If you meet all of Aqua's rehoming requirements, please lodge your interest online.

Adoption details
Dogs and cats come microchipped, lifetime registration, desexed, vaccinated and with a 14 day health & trial period warranty (please note that SoCares reserves the right to conduct home and yard checks prior to adoption).
DOG ADOPTIONS: We like to make sure all dogs and their new family (human and four legged) are a suitable match so if you have other dog/s we always book a meet and greet at a time suitable for you to ensure they will get on.
