Hi there! My name is Calista, and I'm a sweet little DSH kitten. I came into the shelter as a stray with my siblings, and before shelter life, I didn't have any human interaction. Because of that, I'm still quite timid and shy around people.

I need a calm and quiet household to truly thrive—no kids under 6, please. It may all be a little too overwhelming for me at first, so I'll need your patience and understanding. I would love lots of places to hide just in case things become too much for me. Having these safe spots helps me feel secure and allows me to come out and explore at my own pace. Apart from my shyness, I'm just a normal kitty who loves scratch posts and toys. I have a special fondness for the Da Bird Cat Toy—it really brings out my playful, predatory side!
