About Shika
Shika, the joyful soul who's all about beach outings, fetch games, and car rides leading to exciting adventures. This delightful dog makes an exceptional family companion, impeccably behaved whether on a walk, at home, or on a road trip.
Shika's social skills are commendable. He is friendly toward other dogs, and whilst he has been an only pet, he holds the potential to live alongside another dog friendly dog.
His behaviour reflects a spirited yet calm disposition, an ideal characteristic for a home with a spacious yard where he can indulge in his passion for play. While he loves the outdoors, Shika is also an inside companion whose house-trained and shows great discipline, never attempting to leap over fences or dig underneath.
Loyal to a fault, Shika is a protective companion whose calming presence makes him truly valuable. He is not one for unnecessary barking, reserving his vocalisations for alerting you when there's an unfamiliar visitor. Shika has not lived with or been around young children, having only ever lived with teenagers and adults so we recommend 10yrs of age and over.
What sets him apart is his intelligence and obedience. Shika responds well to sound cues such as clicks, clapping, and whistling and knows multiple commands. He's a well-behaved pooch who's quick to learn new things and loves to please his family.
Imagine coming home after a long day to find Shika waiting for you, his tail wagging in joy. Imagine spending a lazy weekend in your yard, playing fetch with him, or taking him out to the beach where he leaps and prances with absolute delight. With Shika, it's not just the thought of owning a dog; it's about welcoming a companion who'll bring love, laughter, and a lively spirit into your home. If you're seeking a pet who'll make every day a happy one, you might just find that perfect friend in Shika.
