About Hamilton
Hamilton and Teddy are brothers. They are 3 year old Rotti x’s. Mum was a pure bred Rotti and their previous owner thinks dad was German Shephard but could
possibly be Belgian Shephard based on their height. They are almost identical but if
you’re ever in doubt Teddy is the one with the ball in his mouth.
These 2 are 100% people lovers. They don’t care what you’re doing or where you
are, they just want to be with you, and have been good with kids. They were
previously in a disability group home so are used to being around people and love
checking out visitors.
They love meal times and are very food motivated so would be trainable. I could see
Teddy in agility training. They are gentle when taking food from your hand and have
not shown any food aggression.
They have learnt basic commands so far. They will sit when asked and stay (it can
sometimes be selective but overall pretty good).
Being so young they are still in their chewing stage and will chew anything in reach
when unattended but if Hamilton has found something chewable and he gets sprung
he will allow you to take it from him.
As individuals, Teddy is the more active boy and to him BALL IS LIFE. He loves
fetch and will even drop it in your lap while watching TV at night to play with him.
Hamilton is a bit more chilled. He’ll chase a tackle Teddy while fetching the ball but
gets over it pretty quickly. As brothers they do have the occasional rumble but love
each other. When they is inside they will be your shadow (especially to the kitchen)
and will love to snuggle on the lounge for a snooze and get a belly rub.You are welcome to call on 0484916393 for any questions about the dogs or our adoption process.
