Let's introduce you to Soona, a cattle dog mix who has a heart as golden as his eyes. Describing him is simple: he is one of the best doggy companions you'll meet! This handsome boy, who primarily showcases his gentle and well-mannered nature, cannot wait to find his new family.
A 6-year-old furball weighing around 35 kgs, Soona is up-to-date with vaccinations, microchipped, desexed, and wormed. He's a healthy boy who enjoys being active, showcasing all the spirited energy you might expect from a dog of his breed.
Soona gets along well with almost everyone, except for cats, and he's particularly known for his friendly and patient demeanor with kids. He's interacted closely with a 22-month-old toddler, making him an excellent option for families with young children. He doesn't just get along with kids - he genuinely loves their company, often expressing his affection through gentle licks and sniffs.
He's equally comfortable with other dogs, making him a great addition to a home with a diverse ‘pack'. His only requirements in terms of his surroundings are a secure fence and, primarily, a home filled with love.
When Soona isn't entertaining his human friends, he enjoys spending time exploring his surroundings. With the right balance of snuggles and playtime, Soona guarantees to bring joy, fun, and unconditional love to his future family.
So, if you're ready to bring a cheerful, friendly, and lovable companion like Soona into your life, please apply via the link provided. Remember, the adoption fee is $395 and it's completely worth it for the unconditional love and happy tail wags that Soona brings.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
