About Bundy (On Trial)
Bundy went on trial in a new home on 4/5/11. Please see many more available dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au
bundy is a 2yo maltese x australian silky terrier who's always happy, friendly and generous with his kisses. He loves playing with toys and other dogs. He's fine with cats. It's hard not to be happy with bundy around. He'll bring you a toy to cheer you up and is always available for a cuddle. He is gentle and predictable and safe with children. He hasn't got an ounce of aggression in him. . . . He is fully housetrained and is an inside dog, though he likes going outside to play. A doggy door would be ideal for him. When his people are home he needs to be inside with them and to sleep inside. He really feels the cold and waits to have his coat put on him before going to bed at night. He sleeps all night without waking to go out. . . . Bundy was surrendered by his owners who realised that they could not care for him properly. When i picked up bundy i was shocked by how dirty and matted he was. But i was also struck by how friendly he was, despite his condition. It didn't seem to affect his sunny personality at all. He was happy to come running up to me wagging his tail and wanting to say hello. He jumped in the car with me and never looked back. After bundy was groomed we were all surprised to see a beautiful white dog emerge from the brown mass. . . . Bundy's gorgeous white coat is now beginning to grow in and he has soft white curls with faint patches of caramel. He is a non-shedding dog so his lovely coat will require regular bathing and brushing, and professional clipping every couple of months. On the plus side, non-shedding dogs are better for people with allergies and do not drop hair on your furniture or clothing. We never want bundy to be dirty and matted again so whoever adopts him must be prepared to look after his coat properly. . . . Bundy weighs approximately 6 kg. He was born in january 2009. His owners had him from a puppy. They told me he was great with their 3 children and that he was friends with their cat, even sleeping with the cat sometimes. . . . Bundy is loving life in foster care with his bigger foster brother scotty. They play and play together then fall in a heap for a nap together. Because bundy is young and playful and really enjoying scotty's company, we want him to go to a forever home where he will have another canine companion. If not, then he will need lots of human company and attention, such as a home where all the adults do not work all day. Bundy doesn't fret when his foster mum leaves the house because he has scotty for company. . . . I had a hard time choosing just 2 photos for bundy's listing because i have so many fabulous pictures of him. Be sure to see lots more photos and videos of bundy at

Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our adoption fee covers the dog's desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. . . . Bundy is in foster care in blacksmiths (lake macquarie, south of newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate. For more information or to meet bundy please phone robyn on 0407-074-143. . . Bundy is very special to us and we all love him and look forward to seeing him settled into his own forever home. . .
