About Huxley
Meet Huxley, a 15-week-old brown and tan kelpie boy. This little guy is not only adorable but also incredibly intelligent.
Huxley loves to train and has his basics down pat – sitting, dropping, waiting patiently for his dinner and sleeps soundly in his crate at night. On leash, he is making great strides, and although he is still working on his toilet training, he is getting there.
When meeting new people, Huxley might start off a bit shy, but give him a moment and he is friendly, spirited, and playful. His love for toys knows no bounds, particularly the squeaky kind, and he’s always ready for a game of tug of war.
While he enjoys playing which his foster kelpie siblings, Huxley’s confidence means he’d be just as content being your one and only, as long as he is included in daily life. At this curious and playful stage, Huxley needs a companion who will set good boundaries and continue with his training.
Huxley is looking for someone who understands the needs of his breed and will provide plenty mental and physical stimulation as well as ongoing training. He would also like to be included in daily life and adventures.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
