About Sammy
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I'm Sammy Starlight and my foster Mum says I'm adorable. I am very much a people person and like to be around my humans. I will sit on your lap, greet you when you walk in the door and love cuddles. I like to play and nibble your fingers. You will fall in love with me straightaway, for sure.
My Ideal Home:
I'm very easy going so think I'd fit in well with most families. I do like to interact with people so maybe not a home where people are out all the time. I think I'd be good with children too.
What is Known About My Background:
Nothing much is known but I arrived in foster care in good health
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I get along with other cats well. I like snuggling with the big cats and playing with the other kittens. I haven't met any dogs but think I'd be ok with the right introduction.
Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
