Meet Benji!

With adorable puppy eyes, a playful nature and a loving personality, Benji is a 7-month-old Jack Russell cross in need of a caring forever home.

He may have had a rough start at life, but he always finds a way to make everyone content even in the gloomiest of times.

He loves playing with other dogs. Going to the dog park is a MUST. Though timid at first, Benji has worked his way into the hearts of anyone he meets.

Though very young, he is already potty trained and knows the simple command to come and sit but you might like to teach him other tricks.

He is very intelligent, he is still in his puppy stage, so his new family need to be ready for everything that comes with this. His new family must set him up to succeed by providing daily exercise, play time with another doggy companion and mental stimulation and provide ongoing training using only reward based and force-free training techniques.

As Benji is very intelligent and eager to please he may be suited to agility or nose works training or the like.

Benji is active so will need an active owner that can get him out for long walks and adventures daily.

Benji does have a quite side as well and is always ready to leap onto your lap and just snooze any time he wants to. Within a single hug, he can become a lifelong companion.

Like al of our dogs, he must have access inside at all times and be permitted on the couch for snuggle time.

Benji gets along well with other dogs of a similar, friendly nature, so we will need you to bring your dog along to meet him to make sure they will be friends.
