When meeting one of our animals in care, please remember that a lot of animals can take time to adjust to new people and environments no matter how friendly and loving they really are. We ask you to keep this in mind when meeting a potential new family member at meet ‘n’ greets (and when you take them home) and not rule them out straight away just because they are not all over you at the first meeting.
