About Chip
*In foster care in Clovelly, Sydney*
One of the world's gentle souls, Chip is a sweet, affectionate boy who's forever jumping into your lap for snuggles, head scratches and warmth :)
Chip is way more into cuddling than playing, and he enjoys a quiet life where he can feel safe and relaxed. After a loud noise or sudden movement you can always get him back into smoochy purr mode by sitting on the floor and lovingly calling his name, especially if you've got a rattly back of treats with you!
Like all Maggie's pets, Chip is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be peaceful and calm, with a human or two (or maybe a family with older kids) who'll enjoy hanging out with me a lot. I wouldn't say no to courtyard/backyard access either!
I haven't quite got the hang of gravity yet, and often sit right on the edge of a table or bench where I'm likely to topple off, so you might need to rescue me from myself now and then...
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Low, especially for a kitten! I'm very easy company :) Though I can be shy, I'm really friendly and approachable once I'm comfortable with you - with the keys to my heart (and playful side) being loads of cuddles and snacks!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Either babies or older kids (10+) would be best, as I'm not a fan of boisterous environments.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'd love to find my forever home with my brother Chocolate, ideally! Check out his profile here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1045906
Or if that's not possible, can I please be your one-and-only pet? Other animals are a bit scary to me :(

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
