The Belgian d'Uccle, is a charming and diminutive breed of chicken that originated in Belgium. It is renowned for its striking appearance, friendly temperament, small chickens with big hearts, absolutely delightful breed to keep. They can be easily tamed with regular handling. They do very well in smaller, more urban backyards due to their size.

As a rooster, I take great pride in watching over my flock and protecting my hens (although my small size may make me an easy target for hawks and other predators). I am naturally alert and will happily keep a watchful eye to ensure the safety of everyone in the coop. My morning crowing will serve as a pleasant wake-up call to kickstart your day on a positive note.
