Chomps: Your Energetic Companion

Hey there, I'm Chomps, a lively one-year-old pup ready to bring joy and excitement into your life! I'm a social butterfly who adores people and can't wait to shower you with affection. While I've got a heart of gold, I'm still learning some manners – like not jumping up – but with consistent training, I'm sure to become a well-behaved companion.

I'm a bit of a handful on the leash, but I'm eager to learn and improve my leash manners with your guidance. Although I'm super playful and energetic, I've been advised that I might be a bit too exuberant for younger children, so I'd thrive best in a home with kids over 10 who can match my energy levels.

Food is definitely the way to my heart, and I'm highly motivated by treats during training sessions. Speaking of training, I've heard about this "Do nothing/calming training" and I'm intrigued – anything to help me become the best version of myself!

Now, I do have a habit of chewing things and can be a bit destructive with toys, but with the right redirection and plenty of toys to keep me occupied, I'm sure we can work through it together. And if you have another dog, especially a confident, female companion, I'd be thrilled to have a playmate – just be prepared for some separate training and socialization time to ensure we both thrive.
