About Olive
Snuggle scope: I love a good pat, and will sometimes try to sleep on my human's head
Cat scope: I love to play and snuggle up with my babies. I'm selective about who else I like, depends on my mood.
Dog scope: They’re ok I guess, if they’re friendly and calm. The cockers at our house are nice. I tend to mind my own business.
Child scope: I'm fine with little humans that are calm and gentle with me.
Ideal home: I would love a home where the person/s and animal/s are loving, friendly, attentive, and can ensure I am always kept safely indoors. I also love my babies so much that I would dearly love to stay my daughter Alice; she's little mini me 🥰

ABOUT:
Olive is a lovely little girl, with the exotic looks of an Egyptian Mau, Ocicat, or possibly Australian Mist. We are unsure though of her heritage though as this poor little girl was sadly little dumped at a regional pound in north Qld heavily pregnant, and quickly found herself on death row, for no reason 😱!! A few days into her incarceration, she welcomed 3 beautiful little babies into the world, and absolutely doted on them. As soon as we heard of her plight, whe rushed in to save her and book her transport into our care 🥰.
At first meeting, we were surprised at how small she is! She looked like a kitten WITH kittens! However, she is allegedly about 2 years old! She is a petite, agile girl, with big expressive olive-green eyes, and long legs. She reminded her carer of the cartoon character Olive Oyl, hence her name.
It was clear from the moment Olive stepped out of her crate that she had been someone's pet, albeit rejected and abandoned 💔. She was instantly loving, accepting all the pats and scratched, even tapping her carer gently on the arm for pats 😍. She is a very shy though of meeting other new people, and can tend to hide away, but this is very common for adult cats in general.
Olive has been a wonderful mum to her babies, although perhaps a bit to zealously protective against the other animals sometimes 😆. She generally mingles well with the other cats, especially since she was desexed, and she is also fine with the resident cocker spaniels.
Consistent with her size and appearance, Olive is very kitten-like in personality! She is a mad parkour enthusiast, loves to play (especially with her littens), and loves a good chatter and sing! Rather than meow, she trills! Which further leads us to believe she is some sort of pedigree mix. It is the sweetest thing watching her and hear her chittering with her kittens, especially Alice, who seems almost to mimic her vocals and behaviour🥰.
Olive will make a wonderful companion for anyone willing to take a chance on an adult kitty 🥰. The bonus with Olive is that she looks like a kitten, so you get the best of both worlds!
