Geri

Geri is little pup with a big character! This young girl is ready to find a committed and active home who will guide Geri through life.

Geri eats, toilets, plays and sleeps in equal measure. She loves other dogs, getting along famously with her older foster fur siblings. She is also living with chickens so has had good exposure and is learning to be safe around her feathered friends.

Geri is very intelligent and learns quickly, however is quite strong willed and not afraid of much at all. She shows some strong herding instinct, which may make her a working, agility or obedience proposition. She has mastered sit, is getting better with recall, is pretty good on lead, and toileting is a positive work in progress.

Geri seeks out affection, and will sleep on your lap or bed if allowed. She will need an experience working breed home who know what is involved in raising a well-rounded kelpie dog, i.e. lots of training, mental and physical exercise, consistency and persistence. Geri is a charming little mischief maker and typical of her breed will make a wonderful companion - devoted and loyal.
