MY PROFILE:
I am Matilda and I'm basically the purrfect feline companion and ready for my forever home!
I am a kitten who exudes joie de vivre in everything I do! I'm inquisitive about the world around me, sweet, intelligent, playful and loving.
I love my humans so much and snuggling up with them on the couch or when it's time to sleep (I'm an excellent teddybear) is almost as good as playing and being silly.
I didn't have an easy start in life, I was a bit sickly when I came into care after being found dumped, then having a yucky seroma when I was desexed but I'm now as healthy as can be! When I was rescued I immediately knew the humans who took me in could be trusted and together we've been having the BEST time.
I love my foster brothers and sisters. I especially love playing and snuggling with my foster sister Ada who has been waiting far too long for a family of her own so if you're looking for two we could be double trouble together. Ada is a bit more independent than I am but together we make a great team. I'm even tolerant of the resident dog - Ada doesn't like her though!
I would suit a home with respectful children, a single person, a couple without kids...basically I'm bombproof and my main requirement is to have humans around quite a lot and who will consider me part of their family.
My foster mum wants to say something too apparently so I'd better let her talk....
From Matilda's foster mum
Matilda is a one-of-a-kind kitten. I know sometimes profiles say that but she is truly special. My partner and I have fostered over 70 cats and this girl is exceptional. If there was some way we could keep her we would (we have joked about which of our own cats we could trade in! Joking, joking).
She is just so completely lovely. She's playful, clever and well-rounded and can also be a clown...she's completely trusting and loves being with her humans so much. She will sleep like a teddybear in bed with you all night long. She will be the cat who though your life will always be thought of as the special one...even though we are not meant to have favourites! The idea of letting her go is agonising but having the perfect amazing home will make it that bit easier.
She gets along so well with foster sister Ada who is sweet but more independent and they'd be a great yin and yang for anyone looking for two!
Fully vaccinated.
