About Mari
Little sweet Mari has had a horrible start to life abandoned by humans left to starve riddled with fleas. It has taken Mar's foster carers a ong time to get her trust. Her trust in humans is that bad she less frightened of the vaccum. Mari will need a very patient and understanding home with people who are willing to take a chance. I do believe she will end up being a loyal little companion. Mari is great with her litter and loves toys and food. Mari has never met a dog and unsure of small children.
The prospective family or person adopting Mati should understand and appreciate her journey of regaining trust in people. It may take a bit of time for Mati to warm up, but the family's patience will be rewarded with a profoundly loyal companion.
Mari loves her buddy Tala as they came into rescue together.
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit an application for adoption (https://bfpr.org.au/adopt-a-pet).
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s).
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs.
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made.
5. Adoption transaction completed.
