About Peaky
Peaky is a dog like none other, and those big listening ears are just one of the distinguishing traits that make her so special! She will happily listen as you talk about your day! This 14 week old Papillon x Fox Terrier is the embodiment of sweetness and warmth, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and plenty of kisses.
At first glance, you can't help but notice Peaky's outgoing nature. Upon meeting her, you will instantly feel an overflow of excitement and love. She relishes in the attention she receives from her human friends and will exhibit her affection in the most adorable ways.
Peaky is a quick learner who needs some basic training to polish her canine etiquette, but her eagerness to please will definitely make the process a delight. This sweet girl is slightly timid around larger dogs who have a loud demeanor. She would do best in a home with calmer furry companions.
She appears to get along just fine with cats. Peaky enjoys people's company and cherishes all the affection he receives. Her loving eyes brighten in anticipation of cuddles and belly rubs.
With her sweet nature, Peaky would make an excellent addition to most homes. Her optimal living space includes a quiet environment that can provide her with plenty of tender love and care. Thanks to her robust social behavior and friendliness, Peaky also has great potential to adapt to households with older children.
In the end, this charming girl is looking for a new family that can provide lots of snuggles and reassurance. Once Peaky has had a chance to sniff out her surroundings, feel secure, and get settled, she will surely reward her new family with a lifetime of loyalty and unconditional love.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
