About Snowy
Meet Snowy - a lovable, bundle of fun and cuddles, the perfect companion for any family. Snowy is more than just a pet; he is a friend, a companion, a member of the family. A happy, funny dog with plenty of personality, Snowy is simply one of a kind.
Great with kids, Snowy is known for his protective instinct; he has resource-guarded a young girl in his foster home from her parents, which may require gentle boundaries and training.
He gets along perfectly with other dogs, though his reaction to cats remains unknown as he hasn't been tested yet. One thing's for sure, any ride in the car is always an adventure for Snowy! He loves to hang his head out the window, letting the breeze ruffle his fur.
Snowy's skills are impeccable. He walks great on a leash, and his visits to the vet are never a challenge, making him a well-mannered fur companion. He previously lived with an older male owner, so he seems to have a particular affinity for males.
Still, that doesn't limit his love! Snowy would be a great addition to retirees' lives, providing good company and requiring less energy to manage him. He'll be just as happy to have all your attention or share it with another small dog. And guess what, Snowy is hypoallergenic.
Imagine yourself going for a drive with Snowy, his head hanging out the window, taking in the world with pure joy. Or picture an evening spent by the fireplace while Snowy sits peacefully by your side. Snowy is ready to create endless fond memories with you. Friends and family will be hard-pressed to resist his charming features and lovable character. Don't miss the chance to welcome Snowy into your home and heart!
On an important medical note, Snowy requires his new owner to put him through a dental surgery within the first 2 moths of adoption. The surgery is estimated to cost approximately; $800-$1,100 as he has significant dental decay, from his previous life.
Adoptive owners will be required to have this surgery at our vet, to ensure the procedure is completed and must sign a 'Dental Waiver.'
Other than his teeth, he has just been sterilised and is in perfectly good health! We will also have him groomed and hydro-bathed before he goes to his new home.

Adoption details
We are a foster-based rescue organisation. Once our rescues receive veterinary care and are given the all clear, they are placed in family foster homes so we understand their behaviour and what home will suit them best.
Adoptees can fill out our online adoption application, they then will be contacted if the animal is suitable for their home and family, a meet and greet of the rescue animal will be arranged and a home inspection. Then, appropriate paperwork is filled out and we bring the rescue pet to the adoptee.
