Hello there! My name is Rufus and I am a smart young man who's searching for his forever home.

I may still be a pup, but I've got a personality as big as my paws! I'm playful, curious, and full of energy, always up for an adventure or a game of fetch. But don't let my boundless enthusiasm fool you, I also have a gentle side. I love cuddling up with my favourite humans and showering them with love and affection.

I'm a smart cookie who loves learning new tricks! I'm still learning to master basic commands like sit, stay, and paw, but I'm eager to continue my training journey. As a typical German Shepherd, I thrive on mental stimulation and enjoy having tasks to keep me engaged. I am not as treat-motivated as most dogs however if you have a ball I will be your best friend!

I'm seeking a home with adults only and as the only furry companion. While I'm friendly and sociable, I still need a lot of social training before I'm ready for that next step. I would ideally like a home that can provide me with plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and positive reinforcement training.
