About Dudley
Meet Dudley, the dynamic and delightful 9-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix with a striking liver and white coat! This young pup is bursting with energy and love, making him the perfect addition to any active family.
Dudley is a social butterfly who gets along famously with other dogs. His favorite pastimes include training sessions and playing fun games with his humans. Whether it's fetching, running, or learning new tricks, Dudley is always up for an adventure.
Kids will adore Dudley's playful spirit, though he's best suited for families with children who are accustomed to lively, bouncy pups. Fully toilet trained, Dudley is eager to be a part of every family activity, especially snuggling up during family nights.
Having previously lived with cats, Dudley is open to sharing his home with a feline friend, as long as introductions are done patiently and gently.
With his happy-go-lucky demeanor and affectionate nature, Dudley is sure to bring joy and laughter to his forever home. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who thrives on interaction and play, Dudley is your perfect match!
To book a meet and greet with Dudley please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
