Matey Mate is a great choice for households that are tranquil and provide a safe haven for him to feel secure. He has no interest in living with dogs or with children. His previous bout with cat flu has left him with slightly runny eyes, but his health is otherwise stable with the proper care and love that he deserves.
With patience and understanding, Matey Mate will reward you with quiet companionship and a joyful presence. A home with other feline friends will bring out his playful side, making it an ideal place for him to flourish. If you're ready to welcome a shy but truly endearing cat into your home, Matey Mate is eager to find a new family who will appreciate his unique charm.
Adoption details
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal aswell.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption and if all goes well that same day, they can adopt on the spot and take home to begin the next chapter together.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work commitments and families of their own.
