Hey there, my name's Cajun!

I'm a young cat who is sure to add some spice to your life and cannot wait to find my 'furever' home.

I am a timid boy who would love to start out life in my new surrounds in a small area, receiving plenty of mental and physical enrichment like scratch posts, cat trees and hides all around the house.

I would love some time to settle prior to allowing me to explore the rest of my new house as I can get a little overwhelmed in large spaces.

My ideal adopter would be someone who is patient and understanding, recognising the fact that I can be a little hesitant in a new environment. I might take a little while to settle in before I show my true self!

My ideal family is one which has teenagers or older children who can read and understand basic cat body language and know when to give me a little space to relax.

I would be willing to share my new space with another cat and I'd love to get to know them at the time of my adoption. I may also fare well in a home with a calm, social dog if owners can monitor our interactions.

Once my new owner has earned my trust, I love gentle attention and plenty of fresh chicken to eat.
