About Fry
*In foster care in Lidcombe, Sydney*
An extremely special little fellow, Fry has overcome a challenging start to life and has flourished ever since!
Found in critical condition in a high-rise car park, he spent some time at the emergency vet before continuing his recovery in foster care. He's done nothing but thrive there, determined to make the most of his eight remaining lives :)
As a result of his traumatic experience, Fry is a bit shy with new people - however, his foster mum has been working on this and bringing him to work to meet lots of different faces, and so far it's been very effective! He does crave comfort at night, racing in to sleep beside (or on) his foster mum when it's bed time, so he'll need a human who's ready to give him lots of hands-on love to make up for his difficult start.
Like all Maggie's pets, Fry is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be on the quieter side, with a patient and loving single person, couple or family with older kids, who has any type of work schedule (away or at home - I'm easy!), and who has another nice cat I can be friends with.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Typical kitten! I have bursts of crazy play throughout the day, followed by long naps - rinse and repeat.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm looking for a home either with no kids, or with older children who'll understand and respect my boundaries. I'm not aggressive, and I've never even hissed at anyone (let alone lashed out), but I'd definitely be most comfortable in a quiet adults-only environment.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Dogs are too scary for me, but I really love the company of other cats! Especially ones with a similar high energy to me, as older cats might find my playfulness annoying :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
