About Fiona STA012259
Meet Fiona, a dazzling feline with a resplendent black shiny coat that mirrors the night sky. Fiona is incredibly shy when encountering new faces and environments. With time and patience, however, Fiona blooms into the most affectionate companion anyone could wish for.
This royal lady is truly a creature of habit, preferring a peaceful life where every day is reassuringly similar to the last. As Fiona gets acclimated to the environment and familiarizes herself with the people around her, her timid demeanor gradually fades to reveal her sweet nature.
Fiona loves to show her affection in the modest, gentle way only cats can. She is smoochy, often rubbing herself against your legs when she's feeling especially affectionate.
Fiona's perfect home would be a quiet one, filled with the soothing rhythm of routine. With no children or canines to disturb her peacefulness, she can truly shine and show her true loving character. Extra time, understanding, and a tranquil environment are all that this lovely lady needs to unveil her endearing spirit.
In summary, Fiona is a blossoming beauty full of potential affection, and love. Offer her a serene, routine-oriented lifestyle, and she'll repay you with a peaceful companionship and a lifetime of loving purrs. Surely she's your next perfect companion.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
