About Elmo
Elmo is not far behind with jumping into the fun. He is ready for any playtime with doggies or human. He is agile as if he was in a circus, exploring and always entertaining.
He also loves his people, and is very human focused & affectionate. Wanting to please and be around his family is the top priority.
Elmo would thrive in a home with another playmate. His playmate must have a stable nature and a working mix breed is preferred.
Elmo will need owners committed to ongoing training so he develops into a well mannered boy. A family that will include him on family outings and adventures and supply sufficient physical and mental stimulation to keep him happy & healthy. Another dog is definitely preferred and a family home more often than not.
He is happy and confident in the home and garden and getting used to the right areas for toileting. Currently learning how to walk on a lead is progressing well.
This litter have hit the 7 weeks mark and will be ready to take on the world soon. Their mum has done a wonderful job and they are learning great social skills from her and the other doggies in the home. Mum is a kelpie mix and father is unknown. In typical working mix style they are smart and contain lots of energy. We will be looking for families that have experience with how to train and live with a working mix dog. They are going to be incredible dogs, and will bring a lot of fun and laughter to a home.
If you can offer a loving and happy home full of activity along with a warm, comfy bed inside the home for sleep time, register your interest by completing the adoption enquiry form on our Fetching Dogs website.
Additional information: This puppy will be adopted out under a desexing contract that will require the dog to be desexed by a given age. The cost of desexing will be included as part of the adoption fee. A $250 desexing bond will be payable in addition to the adoption fee and will be refunded upon proof of desexing. This process is further discussed with successful applicants

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
